2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3. Additional Services (Reskinning, Publishing & ASO)

ReadyGameCode offers optional professional developer services, including Game Reskinning, Google Play / App Store Publishing, and App Store Optimization (ASO). Service turnaround times and scopes are clearly outlined during checkout. Customization services require client cooperation (providing graphics, app store credentials, or design guidelines where applicable).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, trademarks, logos, and website design elements on ReadyGameCode are owned by or licensed to ReadyGameCode. Purchased source codes remain the intellectual property of their original developers and are licensed to you, not sold. You may not claim ownership or author copyright of un-customized source code packages.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Unauthorized Usage

You agree not to use ReadyGameCode for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malicious software, viruses, or spyware through source code submissions.
• Sharing purchased source code archives on public forums, torrents, or file-sharing websites.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or dispute claims without contacting customer support.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise the vulnerability of our servers, database, or network.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The materials, scripts, and source codes on ReadyGameCode are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. While we thoroughly review products submitted to our marketplace, ReadyGameCode does not warrant that the functions contained in any source code will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future third-party operating system updates unless an official update is released.

In no event shall ReadyGameCode or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
