DMCA & Copyright Policy
These policies help explain how we operate, how purchases and support work, and what users should expect when using our marketplace and developer resources.

ReadyGameCode respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, authors, and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, ReadyGameCode will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement committed using our marketplace service.
1. Designated DMCA Copyright Agent
Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent directly to our designated Copyright Agent:

2. Notice of Infringement (Takedown Request)
To submit a valid DMCA notice, please provide the following written information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the exact URL on ReadyGameCode where the material is located).
- Contact information sufficient to permit us to contact you: full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Action Taken Upon Receipt
Upon receiving a bona fide notification of infringement, ReadyGameCode will immediately:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the alleged infringing user/author of the takedown.
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our zero-tolerance piracy policy.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If an author believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing their identification, consent to court jurisdiction, and explanation under penalty of perjury.
